Spa in the Mountains.. Mothers Day Weekend Retreat… What a vibe!! Suprised my mom with the cutest SPA DAY up in Marshall, NC. We spent 4 hours being spoiled with sparkling water, wine, chocolates & flowers. Swedish Massages, rose petal foot soaks, salt room, & saunas. What an amazing staff, place, & views! Go check them out!! 🛁🫧💐🌹🍷🥂 - PS.. y’all need to be on trip advisor!! 🤍..

We did the salt room when visiting the Spa. It was a great experience! The facility is exceptionally clean, the staff very accommodating, and super nice. We were provided with a comfy spa robe, slippers and refreshments. The changing / shower room was well maintained. A plus is the hour glass timer to help monitor your time. Something I would definitely do in the future when in the area.

This spa is truly a gem of the area. We enjoyed a couples spa package and savored every single moment. The massage was incredible, the salt room offered a perfect break, and the sauna was top-notch, both in setup and appearance. The staff were fantastic—accommodating, friendly, and professional. Overall, this is a great place that’s well worth the drive or the price.

I just had my first visit to The Spa at Capitola Mill for a massage; it was delightful in every way! My massage therapist, AJ ,was wonderful. He paid close attention to my needs and checked in throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling rejuvenated and very relaxed. The spa itself is so elegant and well-appointed and they offer delightful little desserts and drinks in their reception area. It's obvious the owners and staff care about every little detail and that they strive to make your experience feel luxurious beyond expectation. I was lucky enough to get a "Valentine's special" and was given a big bouquet and lovely box of artisan Italian chocolates. What a great treasure to have in Marshall!

As always, we had an amazing experience! The spa is super clean, and the boiler room sauna’s are such a treat! The infra-red sauna is so good for you and the Finnish Dry sauna is great for sweating out last night’s wine! Highly recommend and we’ll be back!
